Haris Rauf but also Mohammad Nawaz impressed with the ball as Pakistan beat England in a dramatic fourth T20i International in Karachi to draw the series 2-2, with the last 3 games being played in Lahore. Pakistan were beaten to just three for 14 while chasing a target of 167 after Mohammad Hasnain got two wickets in the second over. Harry Brook & Moeen Ali put on a 49-run partnership before being out in quick order. David Willey with Liam Dawson then made a brief appearance before being benched by Haris Rauf. Liam Dawson hit 4 fours and a six with England needed 34 runs off the final three overs to all but secure the game for England.

Rauf had other plans, dismissing Dawson and Olly Stone in short succession to turn the game in Pakistan’s favour. Reece Topley has been run-out besides Shan Masood from Mohammad Wasim bowling in the last over, driving the National Stadium fans into a frenzy. Earlier, Mohammad Rizwan smashed 88 off 67 balls, but England kept Pakistan to 166/4 in 20 overs. Rizwan had provided Pakistan a brilliant start in the powerplay, however his innings was swept away when he was caught in the last over of the match. Babar Azam hit a 27-ball 36 before even being caught at midwicket by Liam Dawson.

Shan Masood, who impressed well with bat in the last match, could only score 21 off 19 balls until being caught by David Willey. Reece Topley knocked Khushdil Shan then Rizwan in short order before Asif Ali smashed him for two sixes to take Pakistan into the 160-run mark.
